A picture of my alarm clock on my bed—One of the important things with me with my bipolar is just my sleep…Sleep is one of the things that triggered my symptoms…I don’t know if sleep was a result of my symptoms or if it was cause, it seems like it was maybe a little bit of both, so I really have to keep track now, just make sure that I get enough sleep… I noticed with other students sometimes you can end up staying up late doing homework, so I have to know what my limit is and what I can do with that.
Also with my medication, I’ve noticed that with some previous meds I have taken or the doses I take, they can make me really tired, so sometimes if I forget to take my medication, I’ll notice that I’ll wake up during the night or not be as sleepy. So, that’s one of the big things.
