Some of the meds can be really expensive—I’m lucky that I’m still under my parents’ insurance and they can still support me with hospital costs and meds costs, etc. I don’t know how well the U.S. does with those kinds of things with providing medication that people need. For people who aren’t familiar with the meds, there is a financial cost to that and it should be considered with different policies and laws and things!
