My 2 cats looking out the window. They are probably just as therapeutic as any other tool to handle stress. At least for me. They make me laugh and do funny, stupid things. But then they show you emotion to and cuddle you. The orange one saw me crying and jumped on the counter and licked my tear. They show you emotions and affection and can change your mood. I think a lot of people, people without pets don’t realize how good they can be for your mental health.
