Focus On What You Have

These are my legs with my amputated left leg. It’s an image of what needs to change. By gaining weight and strength and working on my depression and getting back on getting healthy, getting on the challenge of using my prosthetic. It can also make you look at it in a way that when I see, what I focus on what I don’t have but it could also show what I do have. I do have my right leg, I can still stand, transfer, cook and clean in my kitchen. Even though I only have 1 leg. I try to think of what I do have and not what I don’t have. There are other people who have it a lot worse. And that if you want things to change then you can do it and you have to do it because no one will do it for you.
